Our Story
Eric and Holly Stephens are a husband-and-wife team and Founders of Redwood Christian Creative LLC, united by one mission: to help people steward their God-given gifts for the glory of God.
Through ministry, music, coaching, and creative development, they serve churches, artists, and individuals who are growing in purpose, faith, and calling. Redwood Christian Creative was born out of a shared desire to see people developed spiritually, creatively, and practically—so they can walk confidently in what God has placed in their hands.

Eric Stephens
Eric Stephens is a Pastor, Elder, and Outreach Leader with a heart for evangelism, discipleship, and creative ministry. He is the Founder of Redwood Christian Ministries and Co-Founder of Redwood Christian Creative LLC.
He serves as the Host of the Rooted in Christ Podcast, where he shares testimonies and conversations that point people to Jesus and strengthen faith in everyday life.
As a Life Coach, Eric focuses on purpose, personal growth, and practical accountability—helping individuals gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and walk confidently in their calling.
He also brings experience in Christian hip-hop and R&B artist development, booking, and event promotion through Beyond the Walls, a concert series designed to bring faith, worship, and culture together through live music and community impact.
Above all, Eric’s passion is simple: make Jesus known and help people steward what God has placed in their hands so they can live fully for His glory.
Holly Stephens
Holly Stephens believes the voice is more than sound—it is a gift meant to encourage, bless, and bring light to others. From a young age, music became a place of growth and expression that shaped her passion for helping others discover their own voice.
Holly earned degrees in Music Education and Vocal Performance from Olivet Nazarene University, where she studied voice under Dr. Neal Woodruff and performed a wide range of classical and operatic repertoire. Her training and experience laid the foundation for a lifelong passion: helping others develop healthy, confident, and expressive voices.
She later expanded her expertise through certifications in Musical Theatre and Vocal Pedagogy at the CCM Vocal Pedagogy Institute at Shenandoah University, specializing in healthy vocal technique, contemporary commercial music, and musical theatre performance.
With over 16 years of teaching experience, Holly has worked with students of all ages and skill levels, helping them grow in confidence, technique, and musical expression through voice, piano, worship training, and foundational music education.
In addition to her work as an educator, Holly has served in worship, outreach, and community ministry. Her heart is to help students become rooted in Christ, grow in confidence, and use their God-given abilities to glorify Him.
Through Redwood Christian Creative, Holly disciples and equips students to find their voice, develop their musical gifts, care for those gifts well, and step boldly into their God-given calling.
At Redwood Christian Creative, everything we do flows from one conviction: every gift matters, every calling has purpose, and every person is invited to grow in Christ and walk boldly in what God has entrusted to them.
Together, we are building a space where faith, creativity, and purpose come together—so people can live fully for the glory of God.
